GOALS:

  1. What vaccinated people can do after the corona vaccinations to protect themselves from adverse effects of this vaccination
  2. How to detox the adverse effects of the vaccine as much as possible.
  3. What unvaccinated people can do to protect themselves from the so-called shedding phenomenon from symptoms occurring after they’ve been in contact with someone who’s been vaccinated.

CORONA VACCINE – MECHANISM OF ACTION.

  • All vaccines currently in use in Europe, that is biotech Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, and Johnson & Johnson vaccine contain synthetic genetic material of the coronavirus which causes the cells of vaccinated individuals to produce the spike protein – an envelope protein of the coronavirus.
  • The body then forms antibodies against the spike protein, which when coming into contact with the coronavirus are supposed to render the virus harmless.
  • The spike protein circulates inside the body of vaccinated people.
  • And it is likely being excreted through the respiratory tract, through the skin, and through bodily fluids such as sweat, saliva, or semen – a phenomenon we refer to as shedding.
  • This may lead to immense problems as the spike protein alone seems to be the main cause of the corona symptomatology, and this is capable of harming the body through various mechanisms.

Examples of the possible harmful effect of the vaccines and the spike protein.

  • There is a risk of the vaccines being integrated into our DNA. Should this happen, among other things, there would be an increased risk of cancer
  • Also, there is a possibility that the cells of a vaccinated individual would permanently produce spike proteins, thus vaccinated people would be exposed to the negative effects of this protein long-term. These effects include inflammatory responses in the lungs, the heart, the arterial walls, which can lead to blood clots, primarily being caused by the binding of the spike protein to ACE2 receptors in these tissues.
  • Another mechanism by which this spike protein or rather the antibodies against this spike protein may affect health results from the similarity of the spike protein to human proteins. The vaccination can lead to the formation of all antibodies and thus autoimmune diseases, such as ITP, idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, Guillain-Barre syndrome, autoimmune hemolytic anemia, and numerous others.
  • The similarity of the spike protein to syncytin, a protein needed to form the placenta, could also lead to infertility via autoantibodies against syncytin.
  • Another risk of the corona vaccination is the development of antibody-dependent enhancement, sometimes called immune enhancement or disease enhancement, which is a phenomenon in which binding of a virus to suboptimal antibodies enhances its entry into host cells, followed by its replication
  • Coronavirus often leads to the formation of binding instead of neutralizing antibodies, so that the coronavirus isn’t being rendered harmless by these antibodies. The antibodies may lead to a “cytokine storm”, in which the infection triggers your immune system to flood your bloodstream with inflammatory proteins called cytokines.  Cytokines orchestrate the powerful immune healing process, but when released excessively they can kill tissue and damage your organs, such as massive respiratory inflammation.
  • Another health risk posed only by the mRNA vaccines results from the use of lipid nanoparticles in these vaccines, such as polyethylene glycol. Or PG, to which about 70% of the population is already allergic. PG can trigger allergic reactions even to the point of anaphylactic shock. And on the other hand, the mRNA vaccines contain, cationic lipids, which are extremely cytotoxic.
  • Pfizer vaccine contain graphene oxide, which can lead to inflammation of the mucous membranes, including pneumonia, to the loss of the sense of smell and taste, and blood clots. It can deplete our glutathione reserves. It also leads to strong magnetic properties of the body, which could be an explanation for the magnetism many vaccinated people develop after vaccination.

VACCINE SHEDDING – RISKS FOR THE UNVACCINATED

Thousands of unvaccinated people are reporting symptoms after coming into contact with a vaccinated person.  These include:

  • increased menstrual bleeding,
  • severe menstrual pain,
  • skin rashes,
  • dizziness,
  • heart problems,
  • and more.

It seems that shedding, or transfer, of spike protein or some other molecule is taking place.

PROTECTION AGAINST THE SPIKE PROTEIN

For people that have been vaccinated and unvaccinated people exposed through shedding, protection from the spike protein is a key focus, both in treatment and prevention. Treatment means helping the body break down and eliminate the spike protein as quickly as possible.

In vaccinated people detoxification includes protection from:

  • lipid nanoparticles, and
  • possibly graphene oxide

GENERAL SUPPORTIVE MEASURES INCLUDE:

Diet that neither promotes inflammation, nor activates the immune system, by eliminating the following:

  • sugar,
  • dairy products,
  • processed foods,
  • gluten
  • genetically modified foods (GMO)
  • toxic fats such as canola oil

Also, animal proteins should be reduced and if possible, avoided all together, including:

  • meat,
  • fish,
  • eggs

INTERMITTENT FASTING AND THERAPEUTIC SWEATING USING SAUNA HELP BOOST AUTOPHAGY.

Autophagy is a complex and natural mechanism within the body which recognizes old and damaged cells, breaks them down and recycles the cellular components in order to regenerate newer and healthier cells.  It is a key part of cancer prevention and may make an important contribution to the degradation of the spike protein and the elimination of cells damaged by this protein.

Curiously, the cleansing and healing autophagy machinery can also be used to create disease when it is hijacked by the coronaviruses, SARS-CoV-2, to make more virus particles. Viruses are considered intracellular parasites and they can only survive by using natural cellular mechanisms to make more viral copies. One example of virus activity within cells is the remodeling of intracellular membranes into specialized structures that support the replication of  the virus.  One of these virus-induced changes is double-membrane vesicles (DMVs), found during viral infections as diverse and notorious as those of coronaviruses, enteroviruses, noroviruses, or hepatitis C virus. Double membrane vesicles generated during initiation of autophagy cascade act as a scaffold for the assembly of viral replication complexes and facilitate RNA synthesis.

Chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine are autophagy inhibitors and therefore are useful in treating active coronavirus infection by reducing replication in the autophagy pathways. But hydroxychloroquine can become toxic at higher doses and must be used carefully in active casers.  Hydroxychloroquine comes in 200mg tab and the dose for treatment of covid-19 infection is 400mg twice daily for 2 doses and the 400mg daily for 4 days.  At these therapeutic doses, cardiac monitoring is required.

SAUNAS AND THERAPEUTIC SWEATING

Therapeutic sweating is a time honored, scientifically proven tool with the following benefits:

  • helps to prevent the viral hijacking of autophagy
  • enhance the body’s detoxification processes,
  • help the body eliminate pathogens.
  • formation of heat shock proteins which are a large family of molecular “chaperones” that are produced under stress, such as heat or cold, that are insure proper protein maturation. They also increase autophagy of misfolded proteins like the spike proteins.
  • helps to eliminate chemicals and heavy metals such as lead, mercury, aluminum and cadmium which can disrupt cellular energy production and suppress the immune system.

INTERMITTENT FASTING

Intermittent fasting is a a powerful and effective tool to improve health.  It stimulates many healing processes in the body and brain.  Some studies show it may prolong life.

Our ancestors did not have supermarkets, restaurants and “three square meals” every day.  They evolved with regular periods on natural fasting.

One popular application of intermittent fasting is to confine eating to an 8-hour time window every day. The rest of the time, one only drinks water. Intermittent fasting is known to effectively counteract inflammation and autoimmune reactions.

NUTRIENT SUPPLEMENTATION

Consider the following:

  • The HANES I and II Studies (Health and Nutrition Examination Survey) conducted by the Federal government in 1982 identified over 70% of the American population to be at risk for the clinical impact of long-term dietary deficiencies.
  • More than 50% of Americans consume inadequate amounts of calcium or the wrong form of calcium
  • The typical American diet provides only one-half to two-thirds of the RDA of 400 mg for magnesium.
  • Zinc deficiency is an important public health problem both internationally and domestically (zinc is required for every aspect of immune function).
  • American Farmland Is Mineral Deficient and So Are We – “99% of the American people are deficient in minerals, and a marked deficiency in any of these important minerals actually results in disease. Out physical well-being is more directly dependent upon the minerals we take into our systems than upon calories or vitamins, or upon precise proportions of starch, protein or carbohydrates we consume.

Nutritional supplements will support detoxification and strengthen the immune system and help to:

  • render the spike protein, which acts as a toxin, harmless prevent, or
  • reverse the harmful effects of the spike protein,
  • reduce the harmful effects of the lipid nanoparticles, and
  • possibly reduce the effects of graphene oxide,

VITAMIN C

6 to 12 grams of vitamin C divided between liposomal vitamin C, sodium ascorbate, and ascorbyl palmitate.

Vitamin C has the following benefits in the body:

  • most important antioxidant,
  • which protects DNA and cell membranes from oxidation
  • kills viruses and bacteria
  • neutralizes chemical toxins

Vitamin C gives strong general immune support while working to support the optimal healing of damaged cells and tissues. Clinically, it is the most potent antitoxin ever described in the literature, and no reports of it failing to neutralize any acute intoxication when administered appropriately have been published. Continuing persistent and high-dose vitamin C in all its forms would prove to be the most useful intervention when there is a large amount of circulating, toxic spike protein present.

 MAGNESIUM

300 to 400 milligrams of organic magnesium, such as glycinate aspartate twice daily

Magnesium is essential in over 300 enzyme reactions throughout the body, but perhaps its two most important functions are the following:

  • It is necessary for the cell to make energy in the form of ATP.  Whether a brain cell, muscle cell, lung cell, or whatever, each cell in your body absolutely requires magnesium in order to make energy for whatever the work of that particular cell may be.
  • The second essential function of magnesium is to release acetyl choline across the motor endplate of nerves, thereby permitting nerve tissue or electrical connections and activations throughout the body.

About 80% of the population is deficient in magnesium anyway,

IMPORTANT NOTE

Both vitamin C and magnesium should be taken to “bowel tolerance”.  In other words, both can cause loose stools or diarrhea in high doses.  Therefore, you should reduce one or the other, or both, when the stool is loose to an appropriate level.

VITAMIN D-3 AND VITAMIN K.

Vitamin D-3 5000 IU daily to reach a blood level 50 to 100 ng/mL

The importance of is sufficiently high vitamin D levels in infectious diseases is well-known.

The benefits of vitamin D-3 are well known and include:

  • Building strong bones
  • Maintaining strong immune system
  • Building healthy muscles
  • Maintaining healthy mood
  • Fighting inflammation

Since vitamin D should always be taken together with vitamin K which is necessary to make various proteins which are key to normal blood clotting and the building of strong bones.

GLUTATHIONE

Liposomal glutathione 1 tsp at bedtime (ReadiSorb)

There are also sublingual liposomal forms as well

Glutathione is the master detoxifier. It is essential for the detoxification of spike protein and lipid nanoparticles. And if the coronavirus vaccine should indeed contain graphene oxide, taking glutathione will become even more important as graphene oxide depletes our glutathione reserves. Since the bioavailability of glutathione is very low, a liposomal preparation should be chosen.

ZINC

20 to 25 mg of organic form once or twice daily

Organic forms include picolinate, glycinate or aspartate.

Benefits of zinc:

  • Zinc is essential for optimal function of every immune cell in the body
  • Zinc can block viral replication by inhibiting RNA-dependent RNA polymerase inside the cell.
  • When treating covid-19 with hydroxychloroquine, HCQ, combining it with zinc is essential. HCQ alone cannot achieve the desired effect. This is because HCQ, as a zinc ionophore, transports zinc into the cell, where it can there exert its effect and block viral replication.

Combination of quercetin and zinc .

QUERCETIN

Quercetin 500–1,000 mg per day

Quercetin is a plant pigment that belongs to a group of plant compounds called flavonoids.

The possible health benefits of quercetin include:

  • reduced risks of heart disease,
  • reduced risk of cancer
  • reduced risk of brain disorders
  • reduce free radicals based on antioxidant function in the body
  • help to control diabetes

Quercetin is the most abundant flavonoid in the diet. It’s estimated that the average person consumes 10–100 mg of it daily through various food sources

Foods that commonly contain quercetin include:

  • onions,
  • apples,
  • grapes,
  • berries,
  • broccoli,
  • citrus fruits,
  • cherries,
  • green tea,
  • coffee,
  • red wine

It’s also available as a dietary supplement in powder and capsule form.

People take this supplement for several reasons, including to:

  • boost immunity
  • fight inflammation
  • combat allergies
  • aid exercise performance
  • maintain general health

Since quercetin, also acts as a zinc ionophore, especially in combination with vitamin C. Regular intake of quercetin and zinc is especially important for the vaccinated. Due to antibody-dependent enhancement, vaccinated people can experience a particularly severe course of disease when coming into contact with a coronavirus,

LUMBROKINASE

Lumbrokinase’s are a group of enzymes that were isolated and purified from different species of earthworms. These enzymes are recognized as fibrinolytic agents that can be used to treat various conditions associated with blood clotting, or thrombosis.

LUMBROKINASE and PINE NEEDLE TEA, both of which counteract the formation of blood clots, in addition to its antiviral, antioxidant and beneficial effects in the treatment of respiratory disease, pine needle tea also contains shikimic acid and suramin.

  • Shikimic acid is extracted from star anise to make the flu drug Tamiflu. But it is also found in pine needles. And, like suramin, counteracts the formation of blood clots.
  • You can drink pure pine needle tea or combine pine needles with star anise and fennel, which both also contain shikimic acid.
  • Only pregnant women should please refrain from drinking pine needle tea because it could lead to miscarriages.

OMEGA-3 FATTY ACIDS.

Omega 3 fish oil (contains DHA and EPA) 1000 to 2000mg daily with foor

Essential not only for higher brain functions but also for our cardiovascular health and blood flow, which is especially crucial in regards to the spike protein. Omega-3 fatty acids have got to come from the resources, and the daily dose of EPA and DHA should not be under 2,000 milligrams.

NAC (N-ACETYL CYSTEINE)

NAC 600 to 900mg twice daily between meals

NAC is a precursor to glutathione, but it’s also got an independent effect in regard to Covid-19 and the spike protein.

NAC benefits include:

  • Antiviral and anti-inflammatory.
  • Counteracts excessive immune responses.
  • Protects against lung damage and blood clots.

NAC should also accompany corona vaccine detox and it should be used as a protection against the shedding phenomenal.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

  • How long are these measures necessary? As long as the spike protein is circulating inside the body of vaccinated individuals, they should protect their bodies from its harmful effect and promote its elimination.
  • Since there is a possibility that vaccinated people will produce spike proteins in large quantities over several months, or that the vaccine is even integrated into the genome, long-term application of these measures is recommended – at least until we have more insight into how long and in what quantity spike protein is being produced.
  • The same applies to unvaccinated people. As long as we don’t know, exactly whether the spike protein is being transferred, in what quantity it is being transferred, whether something else is being transferred, etc. – it absolutely makes sense to protect oneself.
  • Whether these measures are really able to neutralize the effect of the vaccination and prevent shedding symptoms remains to be seen. Especially in integration into the DNA, might be difficult or even impossible to reverse, but we do not know what kind of solutions we will be able to come up with in the future.
  • And we should do everything we can to find these solutions.
