ONE

Take care of your body with exercise, healthy diet and nutritional supplements.

TWO

Listen to the messages from your body as guidance from within, not symptoms to be eliminated.

Learn and maintain awareness of the stress signals in your body, mind and lifestyle.  They are opportunities for healing.

FOUR

Take responsibility for your experience and eliminate victim consciousness.  You are the creator of your experience.

FIVE

Express your emotions appropriately and do not hold them in, or, your body will express them as symptoms and diseases.

SIX

Practice inner child writing regularly to discharge the unconscious mind which is a powerful creative, and potentially healing, force in your life experience.

SEVEN

Practice non-judgmental awareness and observation of the emotional pain in your body.  There is pain and there is you, observing and feeling the pain.  Identifying with the pain increases it, while observing it decreases it.

EIGHT

You are who is listening to your thoughts.  You are not your thoughts.  Make a mental note of “future” thoughts and “past” thoughts.  There is rarely any stress in the present moment.

NINE

Keep your attention in the now.  Give every activity you are engaged in your fullest attention and be totally present.

TEN

Meditate daily and experience who you really are beneath the level of reactive thought.
